The Hungarian Export Promotion Agency (HEPA) is excited to take part in the upcoming third China-Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) Expo and International Consumer Goods Fair. The event will be held in Ningbo, China from May 16-20, 2023.
HEPA will be showcasing a wide range of Hungarian products and services at the expo, including:
- Teqball tables, a new sport that combines table tennis and football
- Magic Walls, interactive digital displays that can be used for games, presentations, and more
- Soft, comfortable blankets and pillows from Naturtex
- A range of excellent Hungarian wines
- A selection of savory snacks
HEPA is confident that the expo will be a great opportunity to introduce Hungarian products and services to Chinese consumers. The agency is also hoping to build new business relationships with Chinese companies.
“We are very excited to be participating in the China-CEEC Expo,” said Zsanett Ihasz, manager of Chinese relations at HEPA. “This is a great opportunity for us to showcase Hungary’s unique and innovative products and services to the Chinese market.”
Ihasz noted that Hungary has a long history of trade with China. In recent years, trade between the two countries has grown significantly. In 2022, bilateral trade reached $15.52 billion.
“China is an important trading partner for Hungary,” said Ihasz. “We are committed to strengthening our economic ties with China and the China-CEEC Expo is a great way to do that.”
The China-CEEC Expo is a major trade event that brings together businesses from China and Central and Eastern Europe. The expo is expected to attract over 30,000 visitors from around the world.
HEPA is confident that the expo will be a success and that it will help to boost trade between Hungary and China.
“We are looking forward to a successful China-CEEC Expo,” said Ihasz. “We believe that this event will be a great opportunity for Hungarian businesses to grow their presence in the Chinese market.”
