China’s Manufacturing PMI Rises to 50.3 in June

China’s manufacturing activity expanded further in June, with the official Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) rising to 50.3, up from 50.0 in May, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Tuesday.

The reading remains above the 50-point threshold, indicating continued expansion in the manufacturing sector and signaling steady improvement in industrial activity.

Meanwhile, the official non-manufacturing PMI, which measures business activity in the construction and services sectors, edged up to 50.2 in June from 50.1 in May.

The latest figures suggest that both manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors maintained stable growth momentum, reflecting the resilience of China’s economy as domestic demand and business activity continue to recover.
